LEED Certified Projects
At VIVA, environmental design and environmental certification processes are a fundamental part of our goal to reduce the impact of construction. With our team of experts, with LEED accreditation since 2009, we have contributed to the development of sustainable architecture and construction in the country, achieving LEED certification for the first airport in Latin America in 2014. Ten years later, VIVA has more than 20 LEED certified projects in Ecuador and 5 more in process, in the office, hotel, retail, industrial, airport and education typologies, becoming the largest LEED certification office in the country.
